Customer Onboarding is a complimentary service made available to customers who purchase a new Texa or Jaltest tool. Once enrolled in this 4-week program, you will receive valuable information, training opportunities, and resources to ensure success with your new diagnostic tool.
You will also receive weekly check-ins from one of our Customer Onboarding Specialists, providing an opportunity for you to ask questions or provide feedback on your diagnostic tool as well as the services offered by Diesel Laptops! This service is free of charge and completely optional, but encouraged, as you learn to navigate your new diagnostic tool.
